We recognise the effort it takes to become a Licensed trainer with The Living Leader - our Certified Trainer Programme is designed to ensure that the quality of our trainers is exceptional.
All of the hard work you put into the CTP will be worthwhile when you see and hear from delegates the changes they choose to make as a result of attending.
We maintain this quality through a robust, uncomplicated and accessible package which supports you so that you can be confident about working with The Living Leader.
One of the challenges we face as an organisation is putting into action the message we promote as part of the Integral Performance model - the irony is not lost on us! Finding the appropriate balance between the I and the O is our goal in launching a new way of supporting our Associates and In-House trainers.
As our community grows it has become more important to develop a package of resources and to be consistent and clear both about our commitment to you and our expectations of you.
FAQ's relating to your Licence
Below are just a few questions you may have with corresponding responses. Please contact us with any questions you may have if you don't find the answer below.
Your licence entitles you to deliver the Personal Leadership Programme - both to your own Clients and (as part of a sub-contract with The Living Leader) to Clients of The Living Leader.
Your Licence is valid for a period of 12 months from the date on the contract. We will email you with a reminder in the month prior to your contract expiry date.
Quality, consistency and fairness are the key drivers for our Licence conditions.
Here a the key points to be mindful of:-
- Deliver the PLP as taught on the CTP
- Submit all feedback from any PLP you deliver to The Living Leader
- Only use The Living Leader PLP workbooks
We've kept it simple: -
- if you have delivered a PLP within the preceding 12 months prior to your contract expiry date and
- your average feedback score is within our minimum scores
You can renew your licence easily - we will email you with your new contract for you to sign and return and a link for you to pay your annual licence fee - currently £50 per annum.
If you haven't delivered a PLP in the preceding 12 months we ask that you set up a coaching call with a Living Leader CTP Coach - on successful completion of this coaching call, the above process applies.
If your average feedback scores are below our minimum we ask that you set up a coaching call with a Living Leader CTP Coach to address the area of concern - on successful completion of this coaching call, the above process applies.
