 What really sets us apart is our 12 month support platform – Online Living Leader (OLL) - designed to support and further develop the leadership potential of our PLP delegates.  

The Online Living Leader platform gives users access the programme materials, downloadable content which enables them to further develop their skill through deploying them in real time, in real situations. 

In addition - every OLL user is invited to join our Facebook community - more support, more leadership insights and a unique opportunity to interact with The Living Leader and fellow community members.
